> Yams, peeled, 1000 g
> 200 g sugar
> 50 g Margarine
> 100 ml boiling water
> Vanilla paste / powder ½ teaspoon vanilla
> ½ tsp fine salt
> Complement, Mix, steamed 10 minutes:
> Palm and a half old, peeled, grated lengthwise 100 g
> ½ tsp fine salt

Directions:
1. Boil sugar with water, salt, vanilla and margarine to boil, remove from heat.
2. Separately, steamed cassava until cooked and tender, remove from heat. While hot, mashed cassava until soft.
Pour the boiling sugar water, mash again until well blended.
3. Enter the dough in a meat grinder or noodles. Processes and cut into pieces. Do it until the dough runs out.
4. Arrange in a serving dish, and sprinkle with grated coconut. Serve.

Tip: Select the cassava is big but not too old for getuk tender and not fibrous. For variety,
getuk can menggunaklan brown sugar or food coloring such as pasta.
